J and S Tree Service has done work for me before and I was so pleased that I called them back for another job. However the service this time was disappointing. They removed one tree and stump grind which was a good job, except for leaving a mess on my porch and roof. But the other was a cutting of branches hanging from the neighbors side. My request was to remove everything that was hanging over on my side of the fence, with the neighbors permission. I was given a price for (what I thought was a clear understanding) of what needed to be done. When I returned home I thought they were not finished because tree cuttings and debris was left on my front porch and roof from the tree removal and my driveway was a mess with tree debris from the trim job which was NOT completed as agreed upon. Davis was not willing to remove anymore and left a great deal hanging over on my property and vines on the internet cable. He said he did not have the equipment to cut was any higher and felt he had removed enough for the price he gave. That was not the agreement. The agreement was to remove all that was hanging over on my side with the price agreed upon. I kept my word and paid what was agreed upon less 10% from a coupon from a previous job. My mistake, I should not have paid him until the job was complete as agreed upon. When I expressed my disappointment with the job he did come back and clean up the mess he left but did not remove anymore of the tree branches. I told David I was very disappointed and could not give him a good review and that he should have told me in the beginning that he did not have the equipment to remove the high branches. I write this review with great disappointment!
