I spent about 25 minutes with a representative of this company going over my requirements for my new Whistler TRX2 scanner. I had specific requests for the programming and they happily accommodated me with no additional charges. The scanner arrived in just a few days and its worked well, right out of the box. I think that one of the local police dispatch channels is missing and when I have time, I'll call them and have them walk me through the steps to add this channel.
