The good news is that Sabrina finally phoned me,had a cancelled time that I was able to take for my appt. She apologized for the three week delay and was very kind.My thoughts are that they may have to slow down and review office practices and communication. I will say that everyone was nice that I spoke too....just overwhelmed!
