We have used Remco for years for our commercial repairs. In the last year, the service is terrible. On two occasions I had to call in the same problem twice in a week because they sent out technicians that don't know what they are doing. I used them again a few weeks ago, and got billed 6.75 labor hours for another technician that didn't no know what he was working on. He cleaned, the machine then deemed the compressor is bad and not fixable. I then complained to the manager, and all he is worried about is a problem with the credit card going through. I would recommend finding another company to fix your refrigeration or freezer needs.
