I was away cross country when a major A/C problem occurred. Thankfully my neighbor called and I placed a service call to Pitzer's right away. The service tech - Johnathon - came right after a job he was on. Being away when this occurred was stressful enough but Johnathon made it a non issue. With the neighbor's help he gained access and was extremely helpful with phoning and talking through everything from that point on. He had to come back the next morning to finish up and again was prompt with excellent communication. It was big and he got it fixed. But I really appreciated the way he worked with me remotely. An awesome job. Thank you for taking the time Johnathon. I really needed that!
