We recently purchased a new washer/dryer combination. After a few days use the washer leaked small amounts of water during each run. Then, the leak stopped. We called Brubaker, and they sent Ken L. over to check the washer. He found, after careful scrutiny, that a small drain hose under the washer had been improperly installed by the manufacturer. Ken fixed the problem, then he explained clearly what happened and how he fixed it. He then graciously helped me move a heavy piece of furniture back in place beside the washer. A nice, competent person! We have a Brubaker dish washer, stove and microwave, all good value.
