Not only did I not receive a timely response (after three days of hearing nothing, I sent a third message) but Mary offered zero help in selecting items and after two emails wrote us off as not spending enough money to warrant their attention (we were well aware of the $2500 minimum, we had several items lined up to order that would be well above that).
I am incredibly disappointed, and will never consider them for work again. I will also inform our industry partners of their failings.
