I've been a customer for less than one month, paying $50/month (plus taxes etc = over $60/month) and am already experiencing problems. I live close to a hub but getting the worst internet since dial-up. The techs who come out to fix problems in this area are very nice, but problems are persisting. So, I will likely switch the the only cable provider in the area. I was hoping that for 50 mb download I would see a considerable increase in performance over my 10 mb cable internet. Instead the speed is unreliable and websites are not performing. I do not recommend DSL at any price. more
