So like many of these stories start hot summer day and boom AC goes out overnight and you wake up wondering way life isn't as "cool" as it used to be. Of course this is on a Sunday not their normal business hours, so i give them a call to see when they open first thing Monday. Learned something new that they have an "emergence" person on call which was very good to hear and i was put on the first person on Monday to be called after hours since they were booked up for the day. But the stars must have aligned because i get a call 8:50 AM asked if i am available within the hour *a tear of joy happened that day* and then it evaporated instantly because of the heat.So Mr. Guy shows up very friendly and to the point and didn't mind me tagging along and answering question that i had about what the big metal box outside does. Not even 10 mins later BOOM cold air and he did a complete evaluation and gave me some tips and trick on what i can do to help my house out. I just signed up with their Comfort Club program so i'll be all taken care of and hopefully this wont happen again. But to make a long story short (too late now) these guys helped me out and Mr. Guy did a great job hope and i won't have to have another technician to my house for anything bad but if i did need someone then he is the professional i'd want to save the day.
