I scheduled the installation on a Monday because they told me they DID NOT INSTALL on Saturdays. Nobody called to confirm this appointment so I was already upset that nobody was showing up. 8AM came, 9AM came,10 AM came and went...at 11:15AM the office calls to tell me that the installer had a problem with his truck. I was asked to call installer directly because he spoke Spanish and I complied. The issue was that they had put Gas instead of Diesel in the truck. I asked him how is this my problem? He said this is my personal truck and I cannot bring the Trailer with your materials. I then called the office and asked to speak with a manager, she tells me the same thing: we have to reschedule because the truck is being fixed. Again I said "how is this MY PROBLEM not YOURS?" I told her this fence gets installed today that I took time off from work or does NOT GET INSTALLED AT ALL! She went on to tell me how much money she was going to deduct if I cancel it. I said "if I take you to court I'll win" so you better rent another truck and bring the trailer today. Rafael did a good job with the installation but management need to learn about customer service! Nobody called back to see if the job was done to my satisfaction. more
