What a lying bunch of thieves. This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life. They supposedly delivered my order twice but it must have been to the wrong address because my girlfriend never received them. When I called customer service I was lied to twice by supervisors, had the call center people make rude comments about the message I had on the card and I couldn't understand three out of the four people I spoke to. If this is a "family owned and operated" business then the family is a bunch of lying cheating crooks. When they FINALLY delivered the flowers it was a sub-par arraignment to say the least. They're website is very misleading with only the top reviews shown and even then when they show a 3 star rating the only comment they put on the site is a positive spin. If you want flowers or anything else they may sell go somewhere else.
