Probably the worse service I could imagine. Too bad I had to offer any star! Made an appointment a week ago and scheduled an A/C tune up on Friday, June 9. Received a call early Friday, cancelling appointment due to a technician's injury. Changed my schedule for the day but S_ _ _ happens, no problem. Rescheduled for the following Monday, June 12, 2017. At 4:45 pm, no technician and no call from Peninsula. Called them and was immediately transferred to a manager. I was told that they had to tend to other people who had their A/C units go down. Apparently it didn't matter that I rescheduled two days of work appointments for A/C maintenance. I guess the high dollar emergency rip-offs supersede routine maintenance and my schedule!!!
I became the "bad guy" because of my insensitively to customers that were down, without A/C. So Peninsula's short staff now became my problem. Been a customer for four years but will find another company more sensitive to their commitments and my needs. Awful, awful service!
Oh...apparently the owner is too rich and famous to talk or respond!
