My experience was awful. If your event/occasion has any sort of timeframe don't count on them.
A guaranteed delivery date and time was set, payment made in full. Day of I had not received any status update so I called them! 30 minutes and two representatives later I was informed that they were "waiting to find a local florist to fulfil my order". So two hours before the event a florist wasnt even booked! Avas should have called me right away to figure out a solution or give me the opportunity to use another company instead of waiting until I called them after missing the event! Finally spoke to a supervisor who spent another 26 minutes, was not able to help and non apologetic. He stated their company policy is to wait until the client contacts them - they do not reach out when orders cannot be fulfilled. Bad customer service, extremely disappointed. I asked to take the customer service survey that the recording asks you to take and he hung up instead of transferring me to the survey
