We had a boat under a p & s and contacted Campbell to check out the engine. They told us to have the boat transported to them and they promised to look at it in 2 days. I paid to have the boat transported to campbells facility. 2 weeks later, it still sat in the back of their lot and they never did anything. I had to pay to have the boat transported to another marine mechanic, had to extend the p&S, and may still lose the boat and my deposit. Terrible customer service.
