We recently purchased a new 2017 GMC Terrain SLT from Harnish GMC and Steven Backman was the terrific salesman who worked with us. He could not have been nicer or more helpful! He definately was not the stereo-typical car salesman - just the opposite. He showed us all the terrific features of the Terrain, which I've really loved for years. I also had my heart set on a blue one, which are hard to come by. They had exactly the car we wanted. We had taken our 1995 Jeep Wrangler in for a trade-in, and with what they gave us for it, along with the current discounts, we paid less than we'd anticipated it would be!! How often does that happen??!! Steven Backman, along with the other folks who helped us complete the sale, could not have been nicer or more helpful.
We don't purchase a new car very often and will have our Terrain for many years I'm sure. Should we decide we need another car someday, Harnish, and Steve Backman, will be the first place we'll go. It was the best experience you could ever hope for when making a big purchase like ours.
