Jason was very thorough and quickly found the cause of us not having any heat the last two nights -a leak coming from our furnace humidifier. The filter and drain holes were completely plugged. We have Steel T service scheduled twice a year, but apparently this work was not done in October 2016, the last time Steel T did service
He was very good at answering all my questions, offered suggestions for me to do in between service appointments, and took care of doing a service check on our AC unit that was scheduled for next week.
