My unit was all most 20yrs old first six years it had to be totally rebuilt just a bad new construction unit Trane it finally had some issues developing had no idea how to call as I have had really bad experiences with about everyone I had service it over the years yes they all try to hook you for something contacts condensers been told numberous timed it wouldn't last thru the summer or winter lol first time was a year after it was rebult 14yrs ago. I decided to try all year as over the past couple years they have replaced numerous units in my subdivision price was in the far range and cheaper by a grand than any other est I got end result is my house has never felt this good even when it was new no hot spots I have found now cold I'll find out this winter the air flow is awesome compared to what I had even new and we keep the temp at 72 and I see no reason to change that as to any lower electricity useage I'll find out ater the first billing cycle everybody was very professional and very clean work
