Keith was so courteous and I noted that he was a good listener. He got right to work on checking the AC for the season. When he came in from outside, he told me that he noted a leaking spigot. He quickly turned off the water to it for me because I did not know how to do it. You have a caring employee there. It only took him a minute, but saved me a lot of distress. After he left, I called the office to tell them how pleased I was with Keith. We bought the furnace and AC from your company and all of the people who work or have worked for you have been wonderful.
