Mark Y is the only service technician who had serviced the mitsubishi split unit appropriately. He knows the unit and takes the time to properly clean it. As a result, we have about 50% more heat coming out of the unit so that it is comfortable to sit in the unit where it's located. What a shame that previous service techs either didn't take the time or have the knowledge to service it properly. Woodfin, you have an excellent employee in this man. So don't let another company steal him, otherwise, my business will follow him.
