Our family receives oil burner and air conditioner service from John Cipollone, Inc, and have so for 2 decades or more. We always ask for MarkH - he arrives on time, is cheerful, professional, neat and clean, very customer service oriented - always has time to ask how we all are, and is very knowledgeable about our systems, which gives us confidence that all work is done right. We only see Mark twice a year, once in the Fall for oil burner maintenance, and once in the Spring, to check out our air conditioning unit. I cannot recall the last time we've needed to call for service, which is a blessing!
