My mom just received her Mothers day arrangement that I had ordered 5/11/17. The only good thing about this is that it was delivered on the day that I asked. I ordered an arrangement of 6 orchid sprays and 6 anthuriums, a bow, and a full size card. What was delivered was 3 small orchid stems, 3 small carnations, green fillers, a 5" card and no bow. They even misspelled my mom's name on the card. Unbelievable! The orchids were half dead and a branch of the greens were dried and "crispy". It really looked like this was sitting somewhere for a week. That's how bad it looked. I tried calling them but of course no one answers the phone. I was on hold for so long I just hung up. What a rip-off! Needless to say this is going to be charged back on my card.
