Chris was right on scheduled time for repairs. After I explained problem of faulty PVC trap caused by ability to inadvertently move sink and place stress on PVC joint, he clearly proposed a solution to problem which satisfactorily corrected problem. After my expressing concern regarding ability to recognize if water might be accumulating in drain pan under water heater he recently installed, he suggested installation of a High Water Alarm on pan. An excellent suggestion!
