Wow. This guy is a real jerk. I asked him why my car insurance keeps going up every month even though our driver ratings are perfect. His response was " I don't know". Then he came back with a really bad attitude and said "I haven't got one phone call about a dollar a month rate increase. He says I am lucky enough to have a gold package with AllState. Also my homeowners policy went up by $300 in a year. This guy is a real piece of work and has no customer service skills. Absolute Jerk and now shopping for new insurance. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME.
