The 1 star is for the Nurse Practitioner Kristen who I might say is awesome! However the billing and follow up for billing has caused me to loose benefits with my employer. 1 wellness exam for $220.00 buck which is free under my medical benefits has now cost me $720.00 due to Hoehn Medical Billing not following through on finding out why BCBS of Illinois has not processed my claim. The ladies in billing are awesome but awesome has cost me money and this is why I will look for a medical provider outside of Franciscan Network.
