I was scheduled for an estimate of my lawn today. Individual coming out to estimate was going to be over 25 minutes late when I called to see where they were. I had to cancel the appointment because I had another appointment I did not have the luxury of being late for. Frustrating when companies make you wait and do not even have the consideration to call to say they are running late. If it was reversed I am sure they would not have waited on me. I guess reading the other reviews I should not have expected good customer service. I had to put one star to submit but really would rate this company zero
