I have to say that I have had a couple issues before with a tech who was a little over zealous to want to charge me over and above the maintenance contract for a simply annual maintenace to my system. I did not accept the fee he wanted to up charge me and only got it fixed when I called the office to report him. I don't appreciate the fact that the service guys are given incentives to get the client to spend more. That is ALWAYS a loose loose situation for the customer!
I made it very clear during this semi-annual maintenance that I am open to hearing what my system might need but please know that I know you get paid on commission on the services I agree to. Please know my system is ONLY one year old! The estimate was still over $2,000 but I know what is really needed and what isn't. SO PEOPLE, BEWARE! They know their stuff and are very nice but all the same; I wish the company understood that attaching a commission to their suggested work that a customer may or may not need will NOT help their company in the least bit.
How could I possibly need $2,200 worth of work One year after spending $35,000 for a brand new system?
I will continue to use them as long as I feel I am being treated fairly!
