I wholehearted agree with "the worst" review. CD customer service is nasty and rude, they politely take your money but refuse to be polite and professional if you have a problem. I'm battling cancer and several other illnesses so I sometimes can't go out to restaurants before the certificates expire. Every time I request a replacement certificate they complain rather than respect my request and honor my request. You would think they would be more accomodating with a name like Charity. Maybe they should be called "ur outta luck dine"
They must've gone to the United Airlines school of customer relations.
