I went to three dealerships to buy a car for my daughter, nobody could get me approved and we waited and waited. Each dealership held us for a couple hours before we get any kind of answer. We finally called Oak Lawn Mazda and talked to Mario. He was nice and helpful on the phone he invited us to the store and promised to do everything in his power to get us approved for the car.
We took a day off expected to stay there for a whole day just to get an approval from the bank. Just couple minutes after test drive, soon after we picked up a car for my daughter, we get approve!!! Amazing how that dealership values your time and is super professional.
