I try to do business with local, family owned companies because they give more to support the community and generally treat their people better. That is not only the case with E and V, but my experience with their service team has been outstanding. Adam, from the Auburn E and V not only explained everything he was doing, he found a problem with my boiler that should have been found by my previous service company. He got the parts quickly and showed up when he said he would. It's nice to feel confident and experience that level of service and to do business with professional, pleasant people. Thanks E and V!
