I had a case of dental work gone wrong and was in a dire need to find a new dentist. (Long story short, my old dentist had performed a filling that left me with sensitive tooth: recommended I get the filling re-done - of which, I did - and the problem still persisted, in which case he said he would need to do a crown and if that didn't fix the problem, he'd have to remove my tooth and perform an implant). After doing a thorough research of top dentists around my area (thank you Google and Yelp), I called Lake Ridge Dental Partners and explained my situation. Janine (front staff) was not only empathetic to the ordeal I went through, but was both personable and professional in scheduling me in for the next day - and, at no cost of evaluation. I went in and was welcomed by all staff members. Dr. Kamran Tavakkoli evaluated me, gave me a thorough explanation of what might've happened, and literally fixed the problem on that first initial visit! I've officially found a new dentist - not only for myself, but for my whole household. I am grateful for the dedication Dr. Tavakkoli provides his patients, not to mention the amazing staff at the practice. Kudos to this wonderful team and keep up the good work!
