Jason performed a six-month system check. I had been having an issue with the fan speed for heating. Jason said he would help and reviewed the manual, on his tablet. (I was told before that the speed was set at the factory). Close review showed settings that could be changed with dip switches and the codes to reduce the fan speed. Jason was very thorough and explained all the workings. He is an asset to Honey's Air and dedicated to helping customers. He is a very friendly ambassador. I would rate Jason with 5 stars
