I would like to commend R James L for his work removing and installing a new toilet in one of our bathrooms. He was so pleasant, friendly and professional. He not only did a wonderful job, he explained everything to me about the new toilet. He also explained about the 1 year warranty and explained if I had any problems with the new toilet I could call the company and they would be glad to come out and check out the problem. He also took extra care to cover the area around the toilet and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
