Duncan & Spencer were the technicians who arrived promptly at 8:45 am as promised. They introduced themselves and went over what they would be doing today. They were very professional in doing their program and we hardly new they were in the house. Nothing they did caused any interruption to our routine.
After the upgrade to our systems were completed, Duncan went completely over all the work that he and Spencer had done.
We were completely satisfied with the work and the professionalism of Duncan & Spencer and will recommend this program to other residents in Ashlar Village.
