Franks level of professionalism and customer services far exceeded our expectations. Leading up to the wedding he was amazing when it came to communicating with us in a timely manner. Not only did he get back to us within the same day, it was usually within minutes!
Our wedding was a very intimate night time backyard wedding. The number one concern of ours was lighting since the main source of lighting was twinkle lights. Frank assured us that it would be no problem. We were comforted to hear that his equipment would be able to compensate for the lack of lighting and he assured us that our pictures would come out perfect.
The day of the wedding Frank made sure that we got all the pictures we had discussed prior and even took a few extra family photos we requested. He and his assistant were on time and dressed professionally. He felt like a member of the family. The best part was when my husband and I got home we had ALL of our pictures. This was only 3 hours after Frank left the wedding!! He had promised a fast turnaround, but this was amazing!
It was a pleasure working with Frank from the moment we first spoke. We did not receive a single picture we didn’t absolutely love. He made us feel like a couple not a business agreement.
