Over the last few years, I have had my wife at many Medicare facilities for care and treatment. None compare to Kindred in Ocala, FL.
I would like to compliment your entire staff for their and concern for not only her well being, but mine as a husband of the patient as well. For example, your physical therapist, Ryan, was doing her therapy with her and she requested a nurse. Ryan went and immediately located a nurse for her. She requested a couple of pillows, I was walking down the hallway and the gentleman in charge of the physical plant for the institution located a couple for me with a smile on his face. Everyday we have been here, I see your entire staff pitch in, step up, and assist my wife's needs and concerns.
