Rodick P did an excellent job unclogging my sewer line on Christmas Eve. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving letting me know when to expect him, he was professional and polite even on a difficult busy day. He was very positive and worked efficiently. I would call him any time to take care of any plumbing problems.
The only hesitation is the pricing of the service. I knew there was an added fee ($150+ 10%) because it was on a weekend which I accept. But the cost of the actual service was $150 more than I have paid another plumber in the past for the exact same service. Gene Johnson's prices are high, which I had read about. But I also appreciate them being available on a holiday weekend and providing good service ... most other providers were not.
