During my tour of this facility I became concerned with the safety of the infants. I was greeted at the front desk and brought back to a small room where I saw two infants who were in cribs eating out of bottles propped up on pillows and blankets unsupervised. I later on discovered that propping bottles up is against Louisiana child daycare center class "A" minimum standards. I informed the owner who was not present during my tour of what I witnessed. The owner sent me the following text message "Ok, don't think bottles were propped up like you said. But I think it's best that you go with someone else to". One would think that someone who is in charge of a child care facility would investigate complaints concerning child safety especially from someone who has never been to the facility before or has any motivation to lie about something so serious. Her lack of care or concerns is absolutely appalling.
