Today, I went to my 10:00 AM scheduled oil change appointment. At 11:55 I went to the service desk to ask how much longer my car would be. I was told that it was not even in the shop yet. I gave the service advisor two options. I'll wait another 15 minutes if the oil change can be started and finished in that time frame, or I'm going to leave without getting an oil change. I was told that it could not be done. I plan on submitted my bill to Planet Honda since I purchased the oil change package.
