Aaron came to do a water heater flush and plumbing inspection at our house. He was efficient and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he suggested we needed to have fixed but was not pushing me to have everything done or done immediately. He also took the time to answer general plumbing questions I had about my home. Though this was the first time I'd met Aaron and he has not made any plumbing repairs in my home, I would definitely call Northern and ask for him by name to give him a try when I need to make my next plumbing repairs.
