They treated me VERY poorly. I would give them negative stars if I could. They took 5-6 hours to close the deal on a cash sale AFTER we had already settled on the purchase price and the trade in amount. Test drove one new Armada and there was something wrong with it - they said a bad fuse-they said it would take a week or more to fix. Bs. They pushed me towards another one same make and model, different color. They waited until they were turning off the lobby lights and locking the doors to pull it around, in the dark and the rain. Salesman only showed me the headlights and the windshield wipers. No walk around, said they were headed home. Didn't use the back lift for a week or more and first time I did realized it was totally out of alignment. Took it to my local dealer thinking it was a simple repair under warranty. They said it was clear it had been been ripped off and attempted to be repaired before and very clearly signs it had been wrecked before it was sold to me. Said it couldn't be repaired without going into the body shop. Tri-Cites did not disclose the damage! Called Tri-Cites and the manager made very sexist remarks to me over the phone and told me I was wasting his time. Drove and hour back to Tri-Cites and the manager that was there the day I bought the car told me it was my imagination (the lift gate wouldn't close 9 times out of 10!?!?!) and asked me if I was married repeatedly. I kept ignoring him and turning back to the issue at hand with the car but he kept ignoring me and asking me the same question. I finally told him that had nothing to do with them selling me a defective car and passing it off as "new" and using bait and switch, taking hours to do what should have taken only 1 hour just so they could deliver after dark and avoid me seeing the damage and backing out, the sleezeball said "exactly! Your not married!" with his slimey grin, like he had proved I was the problem. I proceeded to cuss him at which point they threatened to call the law on me. They are sexist pigs and after complaints
