I wanted to buy a certified used car that was advertised on the net with 1.9% and clearance at 1.25%.Instead the used car manager Steve came back with 3.9% plus a certification fee of over $900. The only thing the certification did was reset the original power train time and added 10,000 miles back to the original warranty. I guess when Woodfield Nissan advertises a certification used car the only thing they are saying is they certify that its used!!!! Then when ask about the certification giving me a bumper to bumper warranty I was told no. Then the used car manager Larry proceeded to basically make me feel like a idiot for even asking and saying I would maybe have to look elsewhere. Here I am trying to co-sign for my daughter who doesn't have a lot of money for car payments and car repairs on top of that. Looking out for best interest I couldn't have her spend that kind of money and not have some kind of warranty.I guess Larry and Woodfield aren't really interested in moving cars and helping people out in the process!! I was just looking for a used car for my kid with some kind of warranty I didn't even haggle on the price. Very disappointed in Larry's professionalism and how I was treated. Would not recommend going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
