Managed to get prompt same day service (which ends up being cheaper for the call out/service fee). Tech arrived quickly, professionally dressed, put on covers over his shoes in house (VERY nice; have had too many techs track in dirt and other stuff all over the carpet not doing this). We had attempted snaking and plunging toilet with no luck. He quoted us some options, went with snaking (cheapest option). He actually ended up just using our snake and plunger and showed me how to use it better along with a neat plunging trick which fixed it up. While a little on the pricey side (for the fact that it was all our equipment he used), it was excellent service and worth the price for what he taught me plus not having future/more expensive problems by trying to do the job myself incorrectly.
