Katie was incredibly helpful ensuring that we had our furnace maintenance check done in time. She also helped set us up with a maintenance contract so that we can also have our air conditioner and water heater maintenance performed. I was very impressed with her dedication to helping us schedule, despite some emergency visits that they needed to address at the same time. They were professional and easy to work with, and we are very happy with their service.
