Left a Wine Cooler at OnTime For Repair 11/17/2017

Originally, I spoke with Gil who took my Wine Cooler for Repair on September 22, 2017. I called them a week later and they had not had a chance to look at the Wine Cooler. I waited and called them two weeks later. By this time Gil had quit or retired or something and Wayne said he was trying to get a handle on things and to give him some time. So, I called him back the following Friday and was told they weren't in the office but to call them on Saturday at 9 a.m. I called them on Saturday at 9 a.m. and the Phone company said the number had been disconnected the first time I called, the second time I called I got through to their answering machine and left a message. They finally called me back at 3 p.m that afternoon and told me they were having issues getting a handle on everything since Gil retired and to please give them more time. It has been 3 more weeks since this time and I have called them periodically to leave a message, they have never called me back. I suspect they are out of business but haven't driven over there to confirm this. Really horrible way to leave a customer hanging. more
