I live in the Lake Stevens area and really needed some help. Bought all new pump and heating unit, and it was throwing one error code after the other. Karl came by, triaged the problem and had an answer within a half hour. Was only going to charge me show up price, but I paid more as he is thorough and friendly. He is my new spa guy!!!
