Paul was very timely in his inspection of my HDD. Within 24 hours he had diagnosed and recovered data from failed disc. He transferred recovered data to new hard drive I provided. I was lucky, the disc still spun up. The cost for his service was reasonable for my issue. I will recommend and use him again!
