My AC/Heat blower stopped working, & I was reading reviews, trying to decide who I would call for service. I selected Airco due to the number of positive reviews. I also had recently received a mailing, including coupons, from Airco about Winter readiness & I was needing a Winter tune-up.
A very pleasant lady answering the phone told me that someone could come out this same afternoon! The service tech, Albert, called saying he would be at my house in approx.20 min. & he was!
Albert was professional, friendly, & answered questions about my furnace unit. He quickly found the problem of the blower not working, replaced the burned out relay, & the problem was solved. I'm all ready for the season now! The cost was very reasonable.
I was so impressed with this service that I will use Airco for other services such as electric, plumbing etc. I will request Albert again because he gained my trust in being an excellent representative of Airco!
