I was pleased with the service that Jonathon M. provided. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He let me watch, as he did the annual service on my furnace and answered all of my questions. Jonathon was very thorough and explained what he was doing and the results of all of the tests on the performance, efficiency, and safety of my furnace. He explained the APCO air purifying unit and what it could do for the air quality in our house. The service provided was an excellent value.
