The staff is always friendly and helpful and I enjoy seeing them when I come in to the office. I live in Manhattan but make the trip out to the Island to see Dr. Herman because he has a great chair-side manner and carefully explains each step of a procedure as he performs it. Since I've never had a painful experience at this dentist's, I would certainly never, ever recommend Dr. Herman to any of my masochist friends. He has excellent hair.
