Okay, this is a bit mean on my part, the lacking star from 4 to 5 was not Dan's fault, it was me being awakened at 745am after going to bed at 4am!
When Dan arrived I was very pleased to see him as he did our check-up last spring as well and he is a pleasant, efficient young man. He attended to the furnace, had us install a new water plate and went through the checklist with professionalism.
I was glad to see that Falso continued what I've seen for 18 years; hiring good people that know what they're doing and also apply customer service skills to the job.
